The 2024 Monoposto Racing Formula Ford Championship ride: Michael Argetsinger's 1973 Elden PH10B.
I'm forever humbled to even touch the cars we've been able to bring back to life. In this case, it has driven me to tears. Michael meant the world to us. To find his Elden in 2019 was a big deal. To have it come back to life via Paul Jay's masterful work and drive showed me what could be done with a car that time was beyond cruel to. The years since have had ups and downs, but in 2024, everything came together. At times, I felt the car was driving itself. There are memories in those chassis rails. Suffice to say, the Elden is a delight, and I would have never driven one if not for Mike. He was always uniting people. His memory brought us to his Elden. And what a joy it was in 2024. Special thanks go out to so many people in this effort. Thanks to Wayne Brown at RB MotorSports Engineering, Scott Young Enterprises, Shippert Racing Services, Werth Racing, the late Peter Argetsinger, Josh Ashby, Bill Green, the IMRRC, Michael Mueller, Paul Pfanner, Brad Newman, the Jagusch family, Alan Burke, David Kettler, Frank Del Veccio, Don Hoevel Racing, Larry Haynes, James Buckton, 'Trick' Nick Stephans, John Hayduk, Jr., UEMSI/HTV, Danny Stanzl, Tim Woelk, Reid Hazelton, Kenny Jones, Brian Brown, 734 Blasting, Alan Brown, Andy Antipas, Lee Green, Joe Marcinski, Steve Farnsworth, Joby Graham and Maureen Harris, Foerster Signs, Bill Nesius Photography, my amazing family and to Paul Jay.
