It was with great sadness yesterday that we received the news about the passing of Daniel Sexton Gurney.
In our encounters with his co-workers, friends, family, fellow racers and even the man himself, we never heard a bad word about him or from him. It was no wonder- you'd never think such a giant of a man could ever be so kind, so humble, and yet so driven - he truly represented what it meant to seek out and expand upon the American dream.
His All American Racers Eagle race cars are the focus of our shop, and thus, his passing touches everyone and everything within KMPR.
Our thoughts go out to the Gurney family, everyone at All American Racers and his countless fans and friends around the world.
